District Superintendent Scott Marshall, Wife Angela,

Daughters Anna, Rachel, and Rose

In June of 1995, my family and I began our pastorate at the United Pentecostal Church in

Russellville, Kentucky. My wife and I along with our daughters, Rachel, Anna, and Rose are so

blessed to be a part of the ministry of Russellville. It has proved to be a very giving and dedicated church.

Prior to this, we evangelized and pastored in Harrodsburg, Kentucky for 5 1/2 years.

I have also had the privilege of being the Kentucky District Youth Secretary from 1990 to 1998

and then elected Kentucky District Youth President from 1998 to 2001.

I was elected in 2001 as Presbyter of Section T In 2005,

I was elected to District Superintendent of the Kentucky UPCI District.
