2010 Kentucky District Events Calendar  (PDF)

Follow the Instructions below to Import the 2010 Kentucky District Events Calendar into your Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

Note: The following instructions pertain to Microsoft Outlook.

The import procedure may be different for other e-mail clients.

 

This download listed below should work also work with Palm, PocketPC,

WinCE, or other handheld devices that are capable of synchronizing data with

 Microsoft Outlook.

(Please note: I don't think this can be imported to the Palm Desktop PIM. It works with Microsoft Outlook only.)

 

First: Click the Link  below to Download the 2009 KY District Events Calendar.

Then Click the box Save. Do not click the Open Box.

 Note: Remember the location on your PC where you are saving this file.

2010  Kentucky District UPCI Events Calendar Download

Second: Open Microsoft Outlook on your Personal Computer

Select File -> Import and Export...
Select Import from another program or file and click Next.
Select Comma Separated Values (Windows) and click Next.
Find the 2009KYUPCIEventsCalendar.csv file you just downloaded,

Select Do not import duplicate items and click Next.


Select the Calendar folder and click Next.
The next window will have a title that says

"The following actions will be performed:" above an option to "Import "2009KYUPCIEventsCalendar.csv" into folder: Calendar."
Check the box  "Import " 2009KYUPCIEventsCalendar.csv" into folder: Calendar"

Then Click Finish

Third: For those of you who have a Palm,  Pocket PC, or mobile device.

Synchronize your Palm, PocketPC, or other handheld device to your computer.
